We comply with applicable laws on the handling of personal information and guidelines issued by government institutions and other bodies.

When collecting personal information, we do so using fair and appropriate methods and only use the information within the scope required for achieving the purposes of use.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties, except when doing so is required to achieve the goals of use, when the customer has agreed in advance, or when required to by the law.

We establish systems for appropriately managing personal information, including ongoing training for directors and employees on information security measures and the protection of personal information, and strive to prevent the leak of, loss of, and damage to personal information. We also make ongoing improvements to our management system for protecting personal information.

We have established a channel for handling customer inquiries regarding personal information and requests for disclosure, and strive to appropriately and swiftly handle such queries, within reason.
