Fair Business Practices Declaration

The 2nd RETAILING Group (the “Group” ) hereby declares as follows in order to build fair relationships with our business partners:

1. 01. The Group respects its business partners and, from a long-term perspective, strives to achieve co-existence and co-prosperity based on mutual trust and confidence.
2. 02. Employees of Group companies will refrain from having meals with any business partner, even if the bill will be split, unless prior approval is obtained from the operating officer in charge.
3. 03. The employees of Group companies will refrain from giving gifts to or accepting gifts from any business partner, including souvenirs or commemorative items.
4. 04. The employees of Group companies will refrain from accompanying business partner to entertainment venues or similar establishments, or from accepting invitations to such venues.
5. 05. The employees of Group companies will refrain from accepting personal offers for dining or sightseeing from any business partner.
